Letters & Journals Magazine Needs Content

Letters & Journals website is currently under construction and plans to launch early this summer. Much like the magazine that will come later, the website needs your content. I am looking to add articles in the following categories:

Letters
Journals
Writing Areas (Photos)
City Guide to Stationery Stores
New Product Reviews

Please contact me if you have an article to submit, a story idea, a photo, a website that followers of L&J would be interested in, etc. At this time, I cannot afford to pay for articles, but will gladly link to your site and promote through social networks as articles are relevant. At some point we will transition to a paying publication.

Do postcards count as letters? I could write an article about my postcard project. I could also write about correspondence. Maybe an article refuting the old chestnut "the art of letter writing is dead"?

Hi Ladies,
These ideas sound great! Let me know when you're ready to submit. I was a little worried at first about getting the content I know I need to create a destination website, but this is an awesome start. I also had a few people contact me directly by email, so there are even more ideas coming in!
Thank you!

would you be interested in UK-based stationery/city guides? also, I wonder if you'd be interested in stamps or the search for the perfect journal?

Countrymummy,

Yes, to all! For the stationery city guide I plan to do one for each issue (plus have some on the website) and will hit all of the major cities one at a time (London, Paris, NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, etc)

Jackie,

We have written reviews of fountain pens and inks over at http://goldspotpens.blogspot.com
We would gladly volunteer article(s) from our blog for the mention of our website in your magazine.

Regards,
Tom @ Goldspot Pens
