Letters & Journals Print Magazine Update

I've had some inquiries into the status of the print edition of Letters & Journal. There is good news and bad news. The good news is that the print edition is still being created and will come out as an annual edition initially and then may increase to 2,3 or 4 times a year in the future. The bad news is that it most likely will not come out in 2013.
This could change if an investor or sponsor stepped up to help with the initial costs of the launch. I was in discussion with one potential investor/publishing company last summer, but, in the end, it wasn't a good fit.
The website is being redesigned and needs a new host. I'm excited about the new design and have a lot of fun things planned.

My current position as owner/publisher of Natural Awakenings Twin Cities doesn't allow me as much time as my previous job did to spend on Letters & Journals. But I know that will change as I become more familiar with the running of the business and it won't require as much.

In the meantime, I'm keeping a list of people interested in getting the magazine. So far I'm at just a little over 4,100 names. Let me know if you'd like to be added or if you want to check to see if you're already there.

We use GoDaddy to host all of our websites. They are very reasonable and have excellent customer service, and lots of useful additions at no charge.

I'd like to be added to you list (if I am not already on it). I sure wish someone would step in to help -- we mail artists need a magazine. Good luck.

Please add me to your list. I am interested in subscribing whenever you get the funding. I also live in the Twin Cities.

Glad to hear your magazine is still on course but sorry it won't be out for a little longer. I can hardly wait to (re)subscribe to it. =D

I just emailed you. I want the magazine, in whichever year it will be ready, and for whatever it will cost, as long as I will get it when living overseas...

I hope I am on the list. If not, please add me.

Have you considered making it a Kickstarter project?

Hey Jackie!
I hope that I am on your list of subscriptions; I cannot even imagine the undertaking it would be for one person. I appreciate your not given up the dream and plan!
I'm not terribly tech savvy but one of your subscribers is , that I know of, I'm sure there are many many! Anyway, I will mention it to Jan F and see if she knows what that is and can help. :)
And please let me know if I am not on your subscription list.
Thanks Jackie,

Please add me to your list, too, if I'm not already on it! Also, have you considered maybe raising your funds for the print version through kickstarter? Seems like there is a lot of interest and perhaps your enthused audience could help bring it to fruition...?
