So the plot of the sitcom, which ran from 1992 to 2005, is based on the letter that never arrived and the lives that were potentially changed because of it.
I was introduced to this series by pen pal, Christi, who mentioned it in one of her letters. Finding a new television series is always fun, but finding one that was on the air for 13 years is like hitting the jackpot! I go online and order the seasons as they are available at my local library. I've also recently discovered Monk, so between these two shows, I should be good to go for awhile.

This show is always good. I have seen most of the shows with my English father but still enjoy it when I watch it. The best is that the two main characters are really married when they filmed this. I like that they could share a story together as actors before he passed.
Glad you found such a good show! I love many British shows. Have you ever seen Absolutely Fabulous? It's a wonderful comdeic offering from the Brits.
Oh, Jackie--I just found your blog and was so thrilled to see the photo of the "As Time Goes By" cast!! I love this show and I've been a fan for many years when I first found it on PBS. I loved it so much that I even bought the complete DVD set. Yay! :) I hope you've been enjoying it!
